Eddie Lee Williams, 55, of Tuscaloosa, died Jan. 30, 2004, at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa.

Services will be held at noon on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2004, at Greenleaf Baptist Church in Greensboro with Rev. H.P. Thomas and Rev. Carlier Agnew, pastor of Greenleaf Baptist Church, officiating.

Burial will be held at the Sarah Christian Cemetery in Greensboro under the direction of Washington Paige and Rollins Mortuary.

James B. Payne III

Demopolis

James B. Payne III, 55, of Demopolis, died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2004, at his residence.

Services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 6, 2004, at Fairhaven Baptist Church with Rev. Don

Smith officiating.

Burial will be held at Mt. Caramel Cemetery under the direction of Kidd-Robbins Funeral Directors.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn M. Payne of Demopolis; his mother, Avis C. Payne of Demopolis; his father, James B. Payne Jr. of Demopolis; four step-sons, Rob Lins, Mike Lins, Patrick Lins and Joe Lins, all of Demopolis; a sister, Cynthia (Bobby) Davis of Gallion; a niece, Ashley D. Petrey of Demopolis; and a nephew, Rob Davis of Birmingham.

Pallbearers will be David Payne, Tom Payne, Eliga Hoggle, Doug Null, Jesse Madaris, Larry Phillips and Andy Phillips.
