Galen L. Johnson, 80, of Gallion, died Sept. 24, 2016, at DCH Regional Medical Center.
Services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 28, at 10:30 a.m. at Cedarcrest Mennonite Church with Joseph Johnson, Jody Nichols and Ken Diller officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South directing. Visitation was held Sept. 27, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., at the church.
Survivors include his wife, Roslyn Johnson; daughters, Beverly Base (Don) and Kris Diller (Nathan); sons, Dale Johnson (Charlotte), Wayne Johnson (Lisa) and Lyndon Johnson (LaDey); sisters, Shirley Koehn and Ladonna Hauder; brothers, Verle Johnson (Sophia) and Lynwood Johnson; 17 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Cedarcrest Memorial Fund.
