Herbert Charles Mullins, 83, went to be with his Lord on Monday, Feb. 27, 2012. He served in the Army during World War II. He was self-employed as the Adjustor of Alabama and enjoyed a good game of golf. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Patricia; sons, Kris (Donna) Mullins and Kevin (Linda) Mullins; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
