Maggie Collins of Birmingham passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2009, at the UAB Medical Center in Birmingham.
She was a native of Sawyerville.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 21, at 1 p.m. at the Saint Matthew Baptist Churchin Sawyerville with the Rev. Isaiah Brasfield officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The body will lie in state from noon to the time of the service. A public viewing will be held on Friday, March 20, from noon to 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Agnew Funeral Home of Greensboro is directing the services.
