Due to inclement weather, the second annual ChiLLy Fest parade was postponed to Friday, Dec. 18, at 6:30 p.m. Fireworks will follow the parade, and vendors will be on hand for the festival.

Earlier Saturday, the Poot-n-Scoot Run and the Fun Run were held in downtown Linden, and the chili cookoff was also completed in the afternoon. Light rain early in the day intensified throughout the afternoon, forcing a change in schedule for the nighttime events, as safety issues and children were taken into consideration.
