Mr. Willie H. Yarbrough, age 78, died Saturday, March 6, 2010.
Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, March 8, 2010 at Demopolis Memorial Gardens with Dr. Allen Atkins officiating with interment in the cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Kidd-Robbins Funeral Chapel, Monday, from 9:30 A.M. until 10:45 A.M.
Mr. Yarbrough was preceded in death by his parents, Alton B. Parker Yarbrough and Emma Pearl Kea Yarbrough and his sister, Christine Gober.
Survivors include his loving wife of fifty-five years, Joan Brown Yarbrough of Demopolis; four daughters, Joy (Mark) Stephens of Lowndesboro; Laurie (Byron) Doster and Linda (Steve)May all of Demopolis; Patty (John) King of Peachtree City, GA.; eight grandchildren, Brian and Kelly Stephens, Nicholas and Jacob Doster, Jeremy (Leslie) May and Kevin May, Stephanie and Justin King; four brothers, Charles Yarbrough of Drew, MS., David (Helga) Yarbrough of Arlington, TN., Bob (Joyce) Yarbrough of Des Plaines, IL and Dennis (Opal) Yarbrough of Drew, MS.
Pallbearers will be his grandsons, Jeremy May, Kevin May, Nicholas Doster, Jacob Doster, Brian Stephens and Justin King.
Mr. Yarbrough was a native of Louisville, MS, a resident of Demopolis for 51 years, was retired from Winn –Dixie Corporation as store manager in Demopolis after more than thirty-three years of service. He was a member of Fairhaven Baptist Church and a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Kidd-Robbins Funeral Directors will be directing the services.
