Patricia Diane Brooks, 59, a homemaker of Greensboro, died Friday, Jan. 21 at Druid City Hospital Norhtport Medical Center. She was a member of Greensboro Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughter Lynn (Todd) Hill of Linden, sons Keith Fikes of Greensboro, Donny (Leigh) Fikes of Crestview, Fla. and David (Charlene) Fikes of Greensboro, step daughters Debra Henry of Ocala, Caroline Hair of Brandon, Fla., Belinda Houseal of Dawsonville, Ga. and Bonnie Aldrich of Ocala, Fla., step son Jesse Brooks of Orange Springs, Fla., brother Houston Colburn of Helena, sisters Regina Colburn Jones of Tuscaloosa and Evelyn Colburn Smelley of Havana Junction, 15 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at Greensboro Baptist Church on Saturday, Jan. 22 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Dee McGuire officiating. Burial was at Oakwood Cemetery in Greensboro.

Active Pallbearers were Donny Fikes, David Fikes, Matthew Fikes, Dakota Fikes, Todd Hill and Gary Smelley.

Alternate Pallbearers were Austin Fikes and Keith Fikes.

Honorary Pallbearers were there staff and doctors at DCH Regional Medical Center in Northport and Flora and Johnny Whaley. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
