Mrs. Helen McIntosh, age 83 of Forkland, Alabama entered into August 29, 2011 at Bryan Whitfield Memorial Hospital, Demopolis, Alabama.

Funeral Services were held Sunday, September 4, 2011 at Larkin & Scott Funeral Home Chapel, Demopolis,Alabama.

Minister Lynn Finch officiated. The remains were then shipped to Detroit, Michigan with interment in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery, Clinton Township, Michigan.

Survivors include her children, Ethel Giles, Forkland, AL., Mary McKay, Rose Adams, Glenda Levenston of Detroit, MI, Freddie Henley, James (Carolyn) Henley, Toledo, OH; Amee R. Henley, Forkland, AL; a host of step children; three sisters, Wilton (Ellton) Short, Detroit, MI, Eileen (Fred) Ellington, Dayton, OH, Elsia (Raul) Espado, New York, N.Y; 53 grandchildren, 65 great grandchildren, 4 great, great, grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
