John Essex downed Sweet Water 51-39 Tuesday night in the final home game of the season for the Hornets.

Mike Moore led the way for Essex with 15 points. Ant McIntosh had 12 points for the Hornets. Cedric Cooks also finished in double figures, hanging 10 points on the night. Terry Fountain finished with six points and 15 rebounds.

Ty Morgan led Sweet Water with 19 points. Demarcus Gamble finished with nine.
