Nell Stephens Beeker, 83, passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2012. She was born November 25,1928 in Eutaw,Al.

Services will be be Saturday, May 26, 2012 at 11 A.M. at Eutaw Baptist Church. Visitation will be at the church from 10 to 10:45.Burial will follow in Mesopotamia Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her parents Fred and Florence Stephens, her siblings Clyde, Fred, and Rita Stephens, and her grandson Reed Ballard.

Survivors: Chris Beeker, her husband of almost 67 years; sister Frances Heins; Children Janell Wright (Jim) Chris Beeker Jr. (Teresa) Susan Ballard (Dale) Steve Beeker (Patti) David Beeker (Missy).

Grandchildren; Beth and David Weissinger; Diana Browning (Brandon) Inge Beeker (Elizabeth) Chris Beeker III (Carlley) Christen Foster (David) Chris Ballard (Summer) Leigh Stewart (Chris) Elizabeth Bambarger (Jeremy) Reed Beeker, Rita Ferrin (Joey) April Johnson (Kris) Michael Beeker (Samantha)

Great Grandchildren;Devin Weissinger,Patton Browning,Braune Browning,Abbotte Browning,Oliver Browning,William Beeker,Anna Christian Beeker,Chris Beeker IV (Ford),Harwood Beeker,Mary Howard Beeker,Mason Beeker,Hailey Ferrin,Lexie Stewart,Cole Stewart,Reed Foster,Lyndon Foster,Jordan Noble, and Emma Caroline Bambarger.

Nell Beeker was a beloved wife, mother, granny and friend. She served as Secretary of Eutaw Baptist Church for 45 years.

Pallbearers will be the grandsons. Honorary pallbearers are the special care givers Linda Moore and Eloise Tucker, the nurses and staff from Greene County Nursing Home and Legacy Hospice.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to Eutaw Baptist Church or the charity of one’s choice.
