Michael Alston Price, 40, of Demopolis passed away on Dec. 10, 2012. He was a member of Fairhaven Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Machele, and two daughters; Meredith Ray (Josh Ray), Madison; two grandchildren Jayden and Keaton; and his mother, Mary Price. Preceded in death by his father, Ralph Price; grandparents, Mrs. Elmo Fox, Barney and Lois Price.

Visitation was held Dec. 13 from 10 a.m. until noon at Fairhaven Baptist Church, the funeral followed at 3 p.m.
