A single-vehicle crash Tuesday in Catherine claimed the life of a Maplesville man.

Jason Osgood, 33, was killed when the commercial vehicle he was driving in left the roadway and overturned, according to Alabama State Troopers.

The accident happened at approximately 1:45 p.m. on Alabama 5 one mile south of Catherine in Wilcox County.

Troopers continue to investigate.
