John Michael “Mike” Glass, 78, of Demopolis died Oct. 22, 2016 at Princeton Hospital.
Mike was born in Marengo County on Sept. 25, 1938 to the late John Lenwood and Myrtle Nance Glass, junior.
He is preceded by his parents and a brother, Ronald Wayne Glass.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Johnson Glass; daughter, Amanda Carol Glass of Portland, Oregon; son, John Michael Glass Jr. of Demopolis; sister, Sheryl Lynn Vice (Paul) of Demopolis; sisters in law, Miriam (Sissy) Wideman and Diane Glass Freeman (Ronnie). He also leaves behind three nieces and a nephew.
Graveside services will be Oct. 25, 11 a.m., at Lipscomb Cemetery. The Reverend Carl Williams will officiate and Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel is directing.
Active pallbearers will be Walton Washburn, Chad Wideman, Edward Lindsay, Jeremy Vaughan, Ted Vaughan, and Todd Vaughan.
