In a partnership with the University of West Alabama’s College of Business and Technology, the Demopolis City School System will host a Local Industry Needs event at the Demopolis High School Auditorium on Tuesday, Sept. 20, at 5:30 p.m.
Representatives from WestRock, Georgia Pacific, and Foster Farms will be available to share the current and future workforce needs in our community. Other local industry leaders will also be available to discuss workforce needs in the Demopolis area.
Representatives from UWA’s College of Business and Technology will attend and share training programs that directly align with the business and industry needs of the area.
